Lip Studio⢠COLORblur® Cream Matte Pencil & Smudger. This matte-finish lip pencil features a blurring smudger to create all types of makeup looks.

HOW TO USE/APPLY
Step 1. Apply to thecenter of the upper lip and follow the contours of the mouth.
Step 2. Glide across the entire bottom lip.
Step 3. To achieve a soft look, use the smudge tool to gently blur thecolor out towards the edges of the lip.
